Hackerspace Demo Night is a monthly demonstration of awesome projects by Hackerspace members. Admission is free and open to all.
The next Hackerspace Demo Night will happen on Tuesday, October 16th, 2012 at 7:00pm.
What’s being demoed tonight:
- Allen: Using a router
- John Sawyer: Metasploit Modules
- Neil: A semantic web resource for chemists
- cvk: Drive radio-controlled toy cars from your web browser using an Arduino
- Devin: What is programming?
- Quinn: Espresso Machine
- Justin: Colour Bind
- Chris Lane: Overlord
This meeting will be held at our new downtown location, 101 SE 2nd Pl, Ste 100, Gainesville, FL 32601. (We are located in the basement level of the Sun Center, in the former location of the club Wise Guys. Our entrance is on the south side of the building, near the large arch at the north end of the main parking lot, beneath the large green awning.)

It would really be helpful to post this before the day of the event…..I would’ve loved to go had I known sooner.
Sorry about that, Ashley! We are often so busy making awesome things that we forget to post announcements to all of our many distribution channels for information. We’re working on getting a better workflow. In the meantime, if you want to, please check out Gainesville Hackerspace on Google Groups.
